We hand-deliver every gift to ensure it arrives exactly as designed.

Delivery areas

We deliver to selected suburbs across the greater metropolitan area. Enter your postcode at checkout to see availability and fees.

Delivery fees

Fees are calculated based on distance and range from $15 to $45. Complimentary delivery is available on orders over $250 within our core zones.

Delivery windows

We offer morning, afternoon and evening time slots. Time-specific delivery for weddings and events can be arranged on request.

Recipient not home

If the recipient is not home, we'll leave your gift in a safe location and photograph its arrival, or contact you to arrange redelivery.
