Pickup is complimentary and available by appointment.
How to collect
Once your order is ready, we'll send a confirmation email with pickup instructions. Please bring your order confirmation to your appointment.
Collection hours
- Monday – Friday · 9am – 5pm
- Saturday · 10am – 2pm
- Sunday · Closed
Transporting your gift
Bubble balloons are best transported upright in a car with sufficient headroom. We'll help you settle your gift safely at pickup.
